Hi, I'm Suzy Fragnoli.
My passion for travel began with my father’s golf trips and my own adventures. From living in Rome and managing tours to guiding journeys in over 50 countries, I’ve gained a profound understanding of what travelers truly seek. My experience in Product Development for Abercrombie & Kent and Viking further sharpened my expertise, enabling me to anticipate and exceed expectations.

This foundation inspired me to create a niche travel company for discerning travelers, offering refined, personalized experiences with an insider’s perspective. Now, let me introduce you to the team.

A multi-talented dynamo who knows the ins and outs of his job like nobody else. His passion for Peru runs deep, and he wears his Quechua heritage with pride. Washington is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to his country's rich history and vibrant culture.
Brian Luke
Travel Architect,
USA
Brian’s extensive background in planning and delivering leisure and corporate travel programs around the world will help AOT’s clients experience the trip of their dreams. He has traveled throughout North, Central and South America, Europe and Africa and is planning to explore not-yet visited countries and continents in the near future. Home base is Boston and Cape Cod (in the warmer months) and the Southern California desert in winter.
Gabriela Ron
Operations Director, Ecuador
Gabriela is passionate about Ecuador, having dedicated most of her life to promoting and selling the country’s unique charms through different positions she has held over the years. She adores animals, loves to travel, and has invested time in discovering every corner of the country—enjoying sunrises, admiring mountains, and walking along beaches at sunset. Born in Quito, nestled in the Andes Mountain region of Pichincha, Gabriela has worked in Ecuador tourism as both a wedding planner and in various hotels’ sales departments. Her favorite destinations include the Galapagos Islands and the lake regions of Ecuador.

Growing up amidst the tropical beauty of the Philippines, Grace developed an early love for nature and a passion for adventure. Her travels have taken her around the world, but the Galápagos Islands remain a favorite destination close to her heart. As AOT’s organizational expert, Grace thrives on helping people plan their dream journeys. Working hand-in-hand with our destination specialists, she blends her passion for travel with her innate organizational skills to craft seamless and unforgettable adventures. Her curiosity, attention to detail, and global perspective make her an essential part of our team.
